Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior Project Managers and Site Superintendents with daily project coordination and administrative tasks.
- Learn and apply fundamental project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Participate in project meetings, taking notes and contributing to discussions as appropriate.
- Review and understand construction documents, blueprints, and specifications.
- Help monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and suggest corrective actions.
- Support the procurement process by assisting with material orders and supplier coordination.
- Contribute to maintaining project documentation, reports, and records.
- Learn and adhere to all health and safety regulations and quality control standards on job sites.
- Collaborate with various team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
