Over an initial structured training period, you will gain comprehensive hands-on experience across various critical hotel operations, including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, revenue management, and guest relations. This program is meticulously crafted to equip you with the foundational knowledge and practical skills necessary to effectively manage multiple hotel properties within our portfolio.
Upon successful completion of the training phase, you will transition into a junior regional management capacity, progressively taking on more responsibility. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in an intensive, structured training program across all key hotel departments.
- Shadow and support General Managers and current Regional Managers in daily operations and strategic planning.
- Learn and apply best practices in guest service, operational efficiency, and financial management.
- Assist in monitoring property performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives and service standards.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, embodying company values.
- Develop strong leadership and communication skills through mentorship and practical application.
- Prepare detailed reports on training progress, operational observations, and potential improvements.
