Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily, weekly, and special event activities for guests of all ages.
- Learn and apply best practices in guest engagement, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Shadow and support the Activities Director in managing staff, resources, and operational logistics for various programs.
- Actively participate in conducting recreational activities, including sports, games, arts & crafts, fitness sessions, and entertainment.
- Monitor activity areas to ensure guest safety, adherence to resort policies, and proper equipment usage.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for new activity ideas, themes, and program enhancements.
- Assist with inventory management of activity supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
- Gather guest feedback and assist in analyzing program effectiveness to inform future planning.
- Develop a thorough understanding of emergency procedures and provide first aid assistance when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incident reports, and program evaluations.
- Foster a positive and energetic atmosphere among guests and team members.

- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Experience with event planning or group leadership.
