Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Beverage Manager in all aspects of daily operations, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Learn and contribute to the development of beverage menus, ensuring variety, quality, and profitability.
- Support in monitoring beverage stock levels, conducting regular audits, and minimizing waste and shrinkage.
- Help train and supervise beverage staff, ensuring high standards of service, product knowledge, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all Smart Serve regulations and other applicable liquor licensing laws.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all beverage storage areas, bars, and service stations.
- Assist with event planning and execution, including beverage setup, service coordination, and breakdown for various cultural events and private functions.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback regarding beverage offerings, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Monitor beverage costs and contribute to strategies for effective cost control and revenue generation.
Required Skills
