Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Catering Sales Managers with all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract finalization.
  • Learn to identify client needs and preferences to develop customized catering solutions for various event types.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs) accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct site inspections and guided tours of our event spaces for prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update client databases and sales tracking systems (CRM).
  • Support the coordination of event logistics with culinary, operations, and service teams.
  • Participate in client meetings, tastings, and event walkthroughs to gain practical experience.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential new business opportunities.
  • Assist with post-event follow-up, including gathering client feedback and generating thank you notes.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and professional development programs.
