Key Responsibilities
- Assist Site Superintendents with daily site operations, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and protocols.
- Monitor construction progress, identifying potential delays or issues and reporting them to the Superintendent.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and other site documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders as directed.
- Support quality control processes by conducting regular site inspections and verifying work conforms to specifications.
- Participate in site meetings, taking notes and contributing insights where appropriate.
- Assist in site clean-up and organization, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Required Skills
- Strong eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry.

- Basic understanding of construction principles and practices (academic or practical).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification.
