Your day-to-day responsibilities will be as dynamic as the events you serve. You’ll be involved in every stage, from the initial setup of elegant dining areas, meticulously arranging tables, chairs, and polishing every piece of cutlery, to the expert service of multi-course meals and the efficient, discreet clearing of tables. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and gracefully, adhering to proper serving techniques and safety standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively respond to requests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the banquet area, including clearing plates, refilling water glasses, and general tidiness.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, event planners, and fellow servers to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including Smart Serve guidelines for alcohol service where applicable.
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate issues to management as needed.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in a banquet, restaurant, or catering setting.
