Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Administer medication reminders as per care plan and client needs.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying, laundry, and maintaining a clean living space.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities (e.g., conversations, games, walks).
- Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation if required.
- Monitor and report changes in the client's health or behavior to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for the client.
- Respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a caregiver or in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Proven ability to provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion.
- Ability to adapt to various client needs and home environments.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- Clean criminal background check.
