In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential warehouse tasks. Your day will involve receiving incoming shipments, meticulously verifying their contents against purchase orders, and safely unloading goods using appropriate equipment. Following this, you will be tasked with the careful picking, packing, wrapping, and labeling of outgoing orders according to strict quality and scheduling guidelines. You’ll become proficient with our robust inventory management systems and RF scanners, utilizing technology to accurately track stock levels, locate items, and ensure data integrity at every step. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack) safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven working experience as a Shipping Associate, Warehouse Worker, or similar role.
- Proficiency in basic inventory management principles and warehouse systems.
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
