Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients under the guidance of chefs.
- Set up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, and glassware according to event specifications.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner during events.
- Replenish food stations, buffets, and drink dispensers as needed throughout events.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in food preparation areas, serving stations, and dining areas.
- Assist with dishwashing, cleaning kitchen equipment, and organizing storage areas post-event.
- Support the catering team with loading and unloading equipment and supplies for events.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and needs with a friendly demeanor.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
