Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to clients experiencing issues with cloud services and applications.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure and applications for performance, availability, and security alerts.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels (email, chat, phone).
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnostic steps to identify the root cause of issues.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to senior support engineers or specialized teams when necessary.
  • Document all support interactions, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps accurately in our ticketing system.
  • Assist with routine system maintenance, updates, and configuration tasks under supervision.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
