Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis.
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial models for various business scenarios.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from multiple sources.
  • Prepare presentations and summaries of financial findings for management review.
  • Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather data and provide financial insights.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely, both written and verbal.
  • Foundational understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
