Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and monitor departmental budgets, ensuring adherence to fiscal policies and legislative requirements.
- Develop detailed financial forecasts, models, and projections to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis, identify budgetary discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
