Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers warmly, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and processing payments efficiently using our POS system.
- Preparing food items according to established recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including kitchen areas, dining rooms, restrooms, and storage spaces.
- Restocking inventory, including food supplies, packaging materials, and condiments, to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving minor complaints with professionalism and a friendly demeanor to ensure customer satisfaction.
