Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, market research, and due diligence on existing and prospective assets.
- Monitor portfolio performance against established benchmarks and identify areas for improvement or divestment.
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and reports for internal stakeholders and external investors.
- Manage risk exposures across the asset portfolio, implementing mitigation strategies as required.
- Oversee asset acquisitions, dispositions, and financing activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers, appraisers, property managers, and other external partners.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management regarding asset allocation and investment opportunities.
- Present periodic performance reviews and strategic updates to investor groups and executive committees.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in asset management or a related financial role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, asset classes, and investment products.
- Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and drive value creation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities for presenting to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with financial software (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal, Refinitiv Eikon, Argus Enterprise).
- Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to asset management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation or working towards one.
