Job Description
Hiring.zycto is actively seeking a highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic Training Coordinator to become an integral part of our Corporate Learning & Development team in Long Branch, Toronto. This pivotal role is central to the seamless execution and ongoing success of all internal training programs and initiatives. As a Training Coordinator, you will be the linchpin connecting our trainers, participants, and resources, ensuring that every learning opportunity runs efficiently and effectively.
Your daily contributions will directly impact our employees’ professional growth and our company’s overall performance. You will be responsible for coordinating a wide array of training activities, from scheduling and logistics to participant communication and record-keeping. This includes managing calendars for various workshops, seminars, and online courses, liaising with internal subject matter experts and external training vendors, and ensuring all necessary materials and technological setups are in place.
Beyond the logistical coordination, you will play a key role in administering our Learning Management System (LMS). This involves setting up new courses, enrolling participants, tracking completion rates, and generating insightful reports that help us evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure data accuracy, which is crucial for our strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule all corporate training programs, workshops, and events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.
- Manage training logistics, including venue booking, material preparation, catering, and equipment setup.
- Act as the primary point of contact for trainers, vendors, and participants, facilitating clear communication and resolving issues promptly.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, user enrollment, tracking attendance, and generating reports.
- Prepare and distribute training materials, presentations, and pre/post-course evaluations.
- Maintain accurate training records, databases, and participant progress reports, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Assist in budgeting and cost tracking for training initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of training programs based on feedback and organizational needs.
- Promote training opportunities internally and ensure high participation rates.
- Onboard new hires to the company's learning platforms and resources.
Required Skills
- Proven excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in a corporate training or learning & development environment.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.
- Experience coordinating virtual training sessions and utilizing virtual collaboration tools.
- Project coordination experience is a plus.
