Your daily responsibilities will involve assisting with a wide range of inquiries, from initial program exploration and course registration to detailed program details, campus resources, and invaluable career planning insights. Your interactions will primarily be direct student engagement, both in-person at our Alderwood office and potentially remotely through virtual platforms, managing administrative tasks, and actively collaborating with various internal departments such as admissions, academic affairs, and career services to streamline student experiences and resolve complex issues proactively. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, providing accurate and timely information on academic programs, policies, and campus resources.
- Assist students with registration processes, academic planning, and understanding course requirements.
- Guide students on navigating administrative procedures, financial aid options, and career development services.
- Maintain detailed and confidential student records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with faculty, academic departments, and other support services to resolve student issues and enhance student experience.
- Develop and deliver workshops or information sessions on relevant student topics, such as study skills, time management, or campus engagement.
- Monitor student progress and identify those who may require additional support, proactively connecting them with appropriate resources.
- Participate in orientation programs and recruitment events to introduce new students to available services and foster a sense of community.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of student services by providing feedback and suggesting innovative solutions.
