Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the ingestion, categorization, and tagging of digital assets (images, videos, documents, audio) into the DAM system.
  • Apply accurate metadata, keywords, and descriptions to ensure assets are easily searchable and discoverable.
  • Conduct regular audits of the DAM system to maintain data integrity and consistency.
  • Support users with asset retrieval, rights management, and system navigation.
  • Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to understand asset needs and workflows.
  • Help maintain documentation for DAM processes, best practices, and guidelines.
  • Identify and report any system issues or anomalies to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist in organizing and archiving older or less frequently used assets.
  • Learn and apply digital rights management (DRM) principles to ensure asset compliance.
