Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the ingestion, categorization, and tagging of digital assets (images, videos, documents, audio) into the DAM system.
- Apply accurate metadata, keywords, and descriptions to ensure assets are easily searchable and discoverable.
- Conduct regular audits of the DAM system to maintain data integrity and consistency.
- Support users with asset retrieval, rights management, and system navigation.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to understand asset needs and workflows.
- Help maintain documentation for DAM processes, best practices, and guidelines.
- Identify and report any system issues or anomalies to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in organizing and archiving older or less frequently used assets.
- Learn and apply digital rights management (DRM) principles to ensure asset compliance.
