Job Description
As a Product Designer at Hiring.zycto, you’ll drive the creation of intuitive, impactful digital products. We seek a passionate designer to join our innovative team in Toronto, influencing the product roadmap from concept to launch. Your expertise in user experience, visual design, and strategic thinking will directly shape user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design high-fidelity user interfaces and visual designs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and technical constraints.
- Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Present design concepts and articulate rationale effectively to cross-functional teams.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role within a tech company.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a track record of shipping successful products.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, color, and iconography.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Experience designing for complex enterprise software or B2B SaaS products.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to understand technical constraints.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
