Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital media buying strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct in-depth market research, audience analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform campaign planning.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to ensure maximum ROI and efficient spend.
  • Perform continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to drive performance improvements.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders, articulating key metrics and strategic next steps.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in digital advertising.
  • Proactively identify and test new channels, ad formats, and targeting opportunities to expand reach and efficiency.
  • Work closely with account managers to ensure campaign objectives align with overall client goals and expectations.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital media buying and performance marketing.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and ad platform reporting interfaces.
  • Excellent understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex strategies clearly.
  • Advanced knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and bidding models.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms (DSPs) and native advertising.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or other emerging social media platforms.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience in an agency setting or managing campaigns for diverse clients.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
