Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from job posting to offer negotiation, in a remote capacity.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking).
  • Conduct thorough virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide market insights, and advise on recruitment best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Champion an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the hiring journey.
  • Actively contribute to employer branding initiatives and foster a positive company image in the talent market.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and recruitment technologies to continuously improve processes.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, engaging, and hiring diverse talent.
  • Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport virtually.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a high-volume requisition load.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and remote work compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting for a rapidly scaling technology or professional services company.
  • Certification in Talent Acquisition (e.g., CIR, CSSR).
