Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior schedulers in developing and updating daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Monitor production progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Help track inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure adequate supply.
- Coordinate with various departments, including production, logistics, and procurement, to ensure alignment.
- Input and maintain accurate data within the production planning system.
- Prepare reports on production status, material availability, and scheduling adherence.
- Support the resolution of minor scheduling conflicts and operational issues.
- Learn and apply best practices in production planning and supply chain management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the scheduling department.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong organizational and time management skills
