Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport items via bicycle to various locations within the Alexandra Gardens area and across Cardiff.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety guidelines at all times.
- Verify order accuracy and secure items for transport to prevent damage.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status or potential delays.
- Manage delivery schedules and routes efficiently using a smartphone app.
- Maintain a clean and well-functioning bicycle.
- Handle cash or card payments where necessary and accurately record transactions.
