Your expertise will be crucial in fostering a proactive environment where employee well-being and regulatory adherence are paramount.
You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive risk assessments, investigating incidents, and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence. A significant part of your role involves training employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and the proper use of safety equipment, ensuring everyone is equipped with the knowledge to maintain a secure workspace.
