Job Description

Hiring.zycto is on the hunt for an exceptional and proactive Talent Scout to join our fully remote team. This is a pivotal role for an individual with a passion for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with top-tier candidates across various specialized fields. As a Talent Scout, you will be at the forefront of our candidate acquisition strategy, leveraging a blend of innovative search methodologies, networking, and direct outreach to build robust talent pipelines.

In this remote position, you will operate with significant autonomy, managing your time and resources effectively to achieve ambitious hiring goals. Your day-to-day will involve deep dives into market trends, competitor analysis, and crafting compelling candidate experiences that align with Hiring.zycto’s values. We’re looking for someone who isn’t just a recruiter but a true brand ambassador – someone who can articulate our clients’ unique value propositions and inspire interest in even the most passive candidates. You’ll work closely with our Account Managers and clients, translating complex requirements into actionable sourcing strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates across diverse industries and skill sets.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping to understand industry trends, competitor landscapes, and target candidate pools.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, online communities, and specialized job boards.
  • Engage potential candidates through compelling outreach, effectively communicating client value propositions and role opportunities.
  • Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, presenting a curated shortlist to hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and clients to understand specific hiring needs and refine search strategies.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to interview stage.
  • Stay informed about best practices in talent acquisition, sourcing tools, and recruitment technology.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or sourcing.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging passive candidates.
  • Expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging style.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • High level of proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative remote team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting for technology, finance, or specialized professional services roles.
  • Familiarity with market intelligence tools and data-driven sourcing strategies.
  • Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition best practices.
