Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify top-tier passive candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM databases, Boolean search, and social media.
- Proactively identify, engage, and screen potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and data-driven recommendations to refine sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our ATS.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by effectively communicating Hiring.zycto's value proposition and client opportunities.
- Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives to continuously improve our processes.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing or full-cycle recruitment, preferably within an agency or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Expertise in utilizing advanced Boolean search strings and other creative sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to engage and influence candidates.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track metrics, analyze data, and report on sourcing effectiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of various industries and job functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with specialized sourcing platforms (e.g., Gem, SeekOut, Hiretual).
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion sourcing strategies.
- Certifications in recruitment or sourcing (e.g., CIR, CSSR).
- Experience working with a global or diverse candidate pool.
