Hiring.zycto is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Agile Coach to join our vibrant team in Cardiff. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with foundational knowledge of Agile principles who is eager to grow into a seasoned Agile professional. You will work closely with existing Agile coaches and development teams, learning the ropes of facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Your initial focus will be on understanding team dynamics, learning our existing Agile practices, and gradually taking on more responsibility under guidance. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior Agile Coaches in facilitating Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
- Support development teams in understanding and adopting Agile principles and practices.
- Help identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration within teams.
- Learn to track and report on team metrics and progress, assisting in data collection and analysis.
- Participate in workshops and training sessions to deepen understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Engage with team members to understand their challenges and provide basic coaching support under supervision.
- Document and share best practices and lessons learned across teams.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a team-based project environment (academic or professional).
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
