Job Description

Hiring.zycto is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in New Sudbury. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on management of our email marketing platform, from list segmentation and content scheduling to A/B testing and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Segment email lists and tailor content to specific audience groups to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Design and code responsive email templates using HTML/CSS, ensuring consistent branding and optimal display across various devices.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, calls-to-action, and send times to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.
  • Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and other marketing team members to ensure timely delivery of assets and cohesive messaging.
  • Manage and maintain email subscriber lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., CASL, GDPR).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in email marketing.
  • Troubleshoot email delivery and rendering issues, working with platform support as needed.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Constant Contact).
  • Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, list management, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template design and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
