Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in an Operations Management role.

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
  • Prior experience within the professional services or consulting industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
