Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests warmly, providing information and directions as needed.
  • Manage guest entry points, including ticket scanning and wristband distribution.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving equipment, arranging seating, and decorating venues.
  • Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to rules.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving minor issues promptly.
  • Support event managers with various on-site tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Help manage crowd flow and direct guests efficiently.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members and event partners.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 15kg).

  • First Aid certification.
