Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests warmly, providing information and directions as needed.
- Manage guest entry points, including ticket scanning and wristband distribution.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving equipment, arranging seating, and decorating venues.
- Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to rules.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving minor issues promptly.
- Support event managers with various on-site tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Help manage crowd flow and direct guests efficiently.
- Ensure all safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members and event partners.
Required Skills
