Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles, from initial requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and other creative channels.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop comprehensive job descriptions, and formulate effective recruitment plans.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote Hiring.zycto as an employer of choice.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in a remote capacity.
  • Demonstrable experience with full-cycle recruiting and various sourcing techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong ability to work independently from home.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting in the technology or high-growth startup sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and employment law in the UK.
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion sourcing strategies.
