Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles, from initial requisition to offer acceptance.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and other creative channels.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop comprehensive job descriptions, and formulate effective recruitment plans.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote Hiring.zycto as an employer of choice.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in a remote capacity.
- Demonstrable experience with full-cycle recruiting and various sourcing techniques.
- Strong proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong ability to work independently from home.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
