Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding Hiring.zycto’s products and services.
  • Assist clients with onboarding processes, account management, and troubleshooting minor issues.
  • Document and track all client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to address client needs and improve service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and preparing client-facing reports.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on industry best practices and company offerings.
