Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute complex immunological experiments using a variety of in vitro and ex vivo techniques.
- Perform meticulous data analysis, interpretation, and visualization using relevant software and statistical methods.
- Develop and optimize novel assays, protocols, and experimental models to address key scientific questions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including molecular biologists, pharmacologists, and clinicians.
- Prepare and present research findings at internal meetings, scientific conferences, and for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records, notebooks, and digital data archives.
- Ensure strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to grant applications and scientific publications as appropriate.
Required Skills
- PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related life science field.
- Strong hands-on expertise in various immunological techniques, including multi-color flow cytometry, ELISA/Luminex, Western blotting, PCR, and cell culture.
- Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation.
- Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate scientific literature and integrate new findings into research strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex scientific data and concepts.
- Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., GraphPad Prism, R) and data management tools.
- A strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals relevant to immunology.
