Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and informing them of daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor dining areas to anticipate guest needs and promptly clear tables.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Address guest concerns and requests promptly and courteously to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required, including setup and breakdown of the dining area.
