Key Responsibilities
- Accept and complete grocery orders using the Instacart Shopper app.
- Carefully select high-quality produce, meats, and other grocery items according to customer preferences.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items.
- Efficiently pack groceries to ensure safe transport.
- Deliver orders promptly and courteously to customers' specified locations in the Outer Harbour, Toronto area.
- Adhere to all food safety and handling guidelines.
- Manage time effectively to complete multiple orders within specified delivery windows.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and professional service.
Required Skills
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Valid car insurance.
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds regularly.
