Hiring.zycto is on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Letting Agent to join our vibrant team in Sandy Row, Belfast. As a Letting Agent, you will be the face of our company to both landlords and tenants, building strong relationships and upholding our reputation for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
  • Conduct property viewings and market available properties effectively to prospective tenants.
  • Negotiate tenancy agreements, ensuring fair terms for both landlords and tenants.
  • Prepare all necessary legal documentation, including tenancy agreements, inventories, and notices.
  • Process tenant applications, including referencing and credit checks.
  • Handle move-ins and move-outs, including property inspections and deposit returns.
  • Address tenant queries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with landlords, providing regular updates on property performance and market conditions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's rental portfolio.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant housing legislation and industry best practices.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Letting Agent or in a similar property management role.
  • Thorough knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and regulations in Northern Ireland.
  • Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Alto, Reapit, Jupix) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ARLA Propertymark Level 3 or Level 4 qualification.
  • Experience with local Belfast rental market trends and property values.
  • A degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
