Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and informative tours of Florence’s major attractions, historical sites, and lesser-known gems.
- Develop and deliver compelling narratives about the city’s history, art, culture, and traditions, tailored to the group's interests.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants, managing group dynamics effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions knowledgeably and professionally.
- Handle logistics for tours, including coordinating meeting points, timings, and entry tickets.
- Adapt tour content and pace to accommodate diverse ages, interests, and physical abilities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Florence’s cultural landscape, events, and relevant historical information.
- Represent Hiring.zycto and its partners with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
- Be prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per tour schedules.
- Proactively seek feedback from guests to continuously improve tour experiences.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English and Italian (both verbal and written)
- Proven experience as a Tour Guide or in a public speaking role
- In-depth knowledge of Florence’s history, art, architecture, and culture
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to engage and captivate diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications
