Key Responsibilities
- Greet passengers with a warm and welcoming demeanor, assisting them with seating and baggage as needed.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure all cabin equipment is in proper working order.
- Clearly demonstrate safety procedures and emergency equipment to passengers.
- Serve food, beverages, and other amenities, ensuring a high standard of in-flight service.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to passenger requests and address any concerns.
- Administer first aid in medical emergencies and assist passengers with special needs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and pleasant cabin environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the flight deck crew and ground staff.
- Prepare comprehensive flight reports following each journey.
