Key Responsibilities
- Greet passengers warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Assist passengers with check-in, baggage processing, and boarding procedures.
- Verify passenger identification and travel documents accurately.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding flight schedules, gates, and airport services.
- Handle passenger inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance to passengers with special needs.
- Operate airport equipment, such as jet bridges, baggage belt systems, and other ground support equipment, under supervision.
- Assist with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of passenger baggage and cargo.
- Ensure compliance with all airline policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
- Coordinate effectively with flight crews, ground personnel, and other airport departments.
