Key Responsibilities
- Perform general grounds keeping duties, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding.
- Operate various hand and power tools safely, such as mowers, string trimmers, and leaf blowers, after receiving proper training.
- Water plants, shrubs, and lawns as needed to maintain their health and appearance.
- Remove litter, debris, and fallen leaves from all designated areas.
- Assist with seasonal tasks, including planting, pruning, mulching, and snow removal.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of tools and equipment.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions (bending, lifting, standing for extended periods).
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 British Columbia Driver's License and a clean driving record.

- First Aid certification is considered an asset.
