Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, both on foot and via vehicle, to deter crime and ensure safety.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to suspicious activity or disturbances.
- Control access points, verifying credentials for entry and egress of personnel and visitors.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, alarms, and calls for assistance, following established procedures.
- Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance from all individuals on site.
- Provide a visible security presence, offering assistance and information to staff and visitors as needed.
- Perform initial investigations into disturbances or suspicious circumstances and escalate to management or law enforcement when necessary.
