Key Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems to detect and prevent theft, fraud, and other security breaches.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both visible and covert, to identify potential risks and deter criminal activity.
- Observe customer and employee behavior for suspicious activities and intervene when necessary following established protocols.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports of all incidents, including theft, accidents, and security violations.
- Collaborate with store management and law enforcement when required, providing accurate information and support.
