Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor dairy processing and packaging machinery according to established procedures.
- Perform quality control checks on products, including temperature, weight, and visual inspections.
- Clean and sanitize processing equipment, work areas, and tools to maintain strict hygiene standards.
- Load raw materials into machines and assist with transferring finished products to storage.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food handling regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating dairy ingredients and products.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, product discrepancies, or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient production flow and meet daily targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
