Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans, utilising evidence-based interventions to improve functional independence.
- Deliver therapeutic activities and exercises aimed at enhancing fine and gross motor skills, cognitive function, sensory processing, and psychosocial well-being.
- Educate clients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment use, and home modifications to facilitate participation in daily activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely client records, including assessment reports, progress notes, and discharge summaries, adhering to professional standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to holistic client care planning and review.
- Engage in continuous professional development activities, supervision, and mentorship to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all professional codes of conduct, ethical guidelines, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or eligibility to register.
- Demonstrated understanding of occupational therapy principles, theories, and models.
