Job Description

Are you brimming with creative ideas and a passion for crafting seamless digital experiences, but wondering how to get your foot in the door? Hiring.zycto is thrilled to welcome an enthusiastic and driven individual to our team for a UI UX Designer position, where prior professional experience is not a barrier to entry! This is an unparalleled opportunity for a budding designer to immerse themselves in the dynamic world of user interface and user experience design, contributing to real-world projects from day one and making a tangible impact. We’re not looking for an extensive resume; instead, we’re seeking raw talent, a keen eye for aesthetics, a burning desire to learn, and a foundational understanding of design principles that you can demonstrate through personal projects or academic work.

As an Entry-Level UI UX Designer, you will be an integral part of our collaborative design team, working closely with senior designers, front-end developers, and product managers. You will gain hands-on experience and learn industry best practices in every stage of the design process, from conducting initial user research and analyzing user feedback to creating compelling wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs. Your role will involve translating complex user problems into elegant, intuitive, and accessible digital solutions. We are committed to providing comprehensive mentorship and ongoing training, equipping you with the essential tools, software proficiency, and design thinking methodologies necessary to flourish in the competitive design industry. This position is ideally suited for recent graduates of design programs, self-taught designers with impressive portfolios, or anyone looking to pivot into a creative tech career who possesses a strong aptitude for design. If you’re a natural problem-solver, deeply empathetic to user needs, and excited to develop visually appealing and highly functional digital products that resonate with users, we strongly encourage you to apply. Join Hiring.zycto and embark on a fulfilling journey where you can build a portfolio that truly makes an impact!
