Key Responsibilities
- Participate in user research activities, including interviews and usability testing, to understand user behaviors and needs.
- Assist in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and user journeys.
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop high-fidelity UI designs, ensuring visual consistency and brand adherence.
- Contribute to design sprints and brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.
- Learn and apply design systems and guidelines to maintain consistency across products.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders into design iterations.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Present design concepts and rationale to team members in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing personal design projects, academic work, or case studies (even if theoretical).
- Foundational understanding of UI/UX principles, including user-centered design and information architecture.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience demonstrated through portfolio).
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with animation or motion design tools.
