Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for night shipments.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Sort and organize materials on racks, shelves, and bins.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain stock records.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) after comprehensive training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to meet daily targets.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly to supervision.
Required Skills
- Ability to consistently work night shifts (typically 10 PM – 6 AM).
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Basic literacy and numerical comprehension for tasks like reading labels and counting.
- Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance for night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following protocols.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
