Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport food orders from partner restaurants to customer locations within the designated Nottingham delivery zones.
- Adhere strictly to all UK traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company safety guidelines at all times.
- Ensure the timely delivery of all orders, meticulously maintaining the quality, temperature, and professional presentation of the food.
- Verify order accuracy with restaurants before departure and with customers upon arrival, proactively resolving any discrepancies professionally and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction, embodying politeness, friendliness, and helpfulness.
- Accurately handle payments and complete transactions using company-provided tools, if applicable.
- Efficiently manage delivery logistics using our dedicated driver application, including accepting new orders, navigating optimal routes, and confirming successful deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good operating condition of your chosen delivery vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle).
- Communicate effectively and promptly with customers, restaurants, and our central support team regarding order status updates, potential delays, or any unforeseen issues.

Required Skills
- Valid UK driving license (for car/scooter drivers) or proven proficient cycling skills (for bicycle riders).
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) with appropriate insurance, current MOT, and full roadworthiness.
- Excellent knowledge of Nottingham and its immediate surrounding areas, including common routes and potential shortcuts.
- Strong time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage a highly flexible schedule effectively.
- A friendly, positive, and proactive attitude coupled with a strong customer service orientation.
