Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced carpenters with various tasks on construction sites, including measuring, cutting, and shaping wood.
- Learn and apply proper safety procedures and protocols while working with tools and materials.
- Help with the installation of structures and fixtures, such as foundations, walls, roofs, windows, and doors.
- Transport and stage materials and tools as needed, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Follow blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions with increasing accuracy and independence.
- Participate actively in all training sessions and seek opportunities to learn new techniques and improve skills.
- Perform general site clean-up and support duties to ensure project efficiency and safety.
