Key Responsibilities

  • Shadow senior Mortgage Advisors during client consultations to understand best practices and client needs.
  • Assist in gathering and verifying necessary client documentation for mortgage applications.
  • Learn about various mortgage products, lending criteria, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the preparation of client files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, and other third parties under supervision.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to achieve industry qualifications.
  • Undertake administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the advisory team.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Required Skills
