Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior engineers with routine boiler inspections, operational checks, and log sheet documentation.
  • Learn and diligently apply safe operating procedures for boiler start-up, shut-down, and emergency response situations.
  • Accurately monitor and record readings from boiler instrumentation, gauges, and control systems.
  • Participate actively in scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic component checks.
  • Support water treatment processes and chemical testing to maintain optimal boiler water quality and system integrity.
  • Shadow experienced technicians during the troubleshooting and repair of boiler auxiliary components and systems.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations, environmental compliance guidelines, and operational policies.
  • Engage in all provided training modules and work diligently towards obtaining relevant industry certifications and licenses.
